Volunteer of the Quarter, Q4!

Casleam, aka: “Cas” steps in to keep the center manned with USO personnel as long as possible for our troops while also orienting new volunteers. She is a master recruiter, being a cornerstone in the reason why we have had so many service members come in to get an orientation to become a USO Romania volunteer. She is also instrumental in assisting the USO Romania staff while one of us in on PTO, she steps in and leads half our programs while also being our master organizer!  Like many of our volunteers, she also supports programs like numerous programs such as diversity inclusion events, in center programming and outreach! She has helped us give program recommendations on what programs to implement and how it can cater best to the soldiers’ needs here on MKAB. Cas is a service member who selflessly sacrifices her time off duty to support those around her and always leaves a positive impression.

Cas’s dedication and actions vividly exemplify the core value of excellence within the USO community. Her involvement as a volunteer showcases her strong commitment to going above and beyond, consistently striving for the highest standards in all her contributions.
